I relocated from Florida and now proudly call the beautiful Lake Murray/Irmo area home. Since 2023, I’ve had the pleasure of serving as Nima Sherpa’s Personal Assistant and Team Administrator at The Sherpa Group.
With a degree in Business Administration, I’m a licensed REALTOR® in South Carolina, a Notary Public, and also hold an active Florida real estate referral license making me well-equipped to assist clients with multi-state moves.

I was born in Western New York and with the help of the U.S Air Force have lived in many Cities over the globe. I am married to Nima Sherpa who is also the team lead for the NimaListings Team. My family and I have made South Carolina, Lexington, our home for the last 8 years. I decided to change careers and pursue Real Estate after having completed several Fix and Flip properties here in S.C. along with my lovely wife Nima. I had done many personal Real Estate deals and am very familiar with the process of buying, renovating, and selling homes in the Lexington, Columbia, Irmo, and surrounding areas.
